16 HIGH PRODUCTIVITY SECRETS OF THE TOP EARNERS – Part 2

Any big corporation is having a system, and systems, that they use to activate and run the business.

In our industry that is making money online, we have now in 2012 proven-to-work and very productive systems available.

Secret# 11 : Quit working ” NON MMAs multitasking activities” , and teach yourself FOCUS and discipline.

Stop thinking Facebook is work , unless you buid realationship IMessaging or you invite people to your presentations, capture peages, videos, …

Secret # 12 : surround yourself withPeople that you want to become like : superachievers.

Deserve the time and the friendship of at least one of them.

Spent more time with uplifters, and less and less time with whiners and losers.

Secret # 13 : Use a Virtual Assistant, and outsource services .

You need someone to assist you with tedious stuff so that you free your time for MMAs , and for your private life as well !

Secret # 14 : Have your GOALS set and writen on Paper :

Write your short terms goals daily in the evening for the day comming,
Write your long term goals on a paper on your wall.

Begin each day with « the end in mind ».

I use a Mind Mapping system. Tthere I can put all the steps and priorities that I need to apply to reach those goals.
I use the freeware, iMindmap, that has an upgraded version if you like. For free version, choose to download the « basic » one.

Secret # 15 : Create your routine, Your DMO : written and in front of you.

Take breaks each 2 or 3 hours for 20 min, and work on a pace of 50 min for 10 min break, that’s my method to keep focus.

Secret # 16 : Use a PLANNER, paper or virtual, SCHEDULE EVERYTHING :

Separate , put different colors for MMAs and others tasks and activities, and keep one hour increments, no longer.

HOW TO FOCUS ON YOUR BUSINESS EVEN HAVING A.D.D.

You are told that key to achieve any goal is LASER-FOCUS on your actions…. How about if like me, you have Attention Deficit Disorder symptoms ? Ha !

And don’t worry, it’s not just young generations that are concerned.

I’m a « lady-boomer » , full menopaused and closer to my 60 ties than the 50ties…..
Well, if you are not sure what is ADD, give an eye to the definition in Wikipedia.

So, with that A.D.D. gift of the Universe, how do I manage to achieve my goals and laser focus on any thing that I need to focus on ?

I’m giving you here my 5 best tricks , and that I finally selected and that work for me, after I tried for years many …. excuses , in order to feed my A.D.D. symptoms.

Trick # 1 to laser focus : what ever is the action, and how ever it has to last, BREAK UP YOUR TASKS IN SHORT PERIODS OF TIME.

You cannot go against nature : you know that as A.D.D. person you need to be doing things for short time at once, and you need variety :
Organize your work, or your tasks in this way, and don’t try to function on a mode that frustrates your natural behavior.

Instead, use this gift, as I call it now, in the way that it serves you, and master it.

Hint : I say well : ” master ” , not to confuse with ” control “. As control , when too much forced, ends up with loss of control. OK ?

Anyway, you cannot control outside things nor people, so master yourself , that’s way enough .

Trick #2 to laser focus : ELIMINATE DISTRACTIONS AROUND YOUR SPACE OF ACTION ,

In other words, declutter your space, your room, your desk, before you start any task in this environement. That will put away from you the temptation to jump too early on another thing to do !

Having a clear and sober desk has helped me a lot to concentrate on only what’s in front of me.
That’s so simple.

But not easy for A.D.D. people, because we strongly tend to live among a certain disorder, even organized.
So that has been first a good exercise of DISCIPLINE to me, make it an habit to start any task in a clear decluttered space.

Trick # 3 to laser focus : PLAN your days . and even your week, on a sheet of PAPER and stick it on your wall or on your desk .

Plan for « A.D.D. action taker » schedule. Once again, use your natural tendancy to your profit :
Diversify your work, use 30 to 50 min maximum chunks of time.

Between each chunk of time, do something relaxing if you are very active like yard cleaning, or something active if you are static like working at your computer.

Always plan for being able to finish a long task on the same day that you started it.
And do it in the same raw of chunks of time , if possible.

Example : a task that takes 3 hours can be divided in 4 parts of 48 min, with 3 breaks of 10 min each.

Writing your daily schedule on a paper is important for you to visualize it first and program it into your subconscious, as well as it helps you to check along the day that you are on the right track with what you do. ADD people need reminders to call them back to what they have to continue on.

Trick # 4 to laser focus USE A TIMER, like a cooking timer, to help you in this « TIME MANAGEMENT » challenge for A.D.D.

First that frees you from surveying the clock .
Second, that may sound stupid, but this is to stop you from going on during a too long period of time , before your efficiency slows down.

Yes, you’ll do it as well,, you want to continue the task and you get less attentive to it and make mistakes. This is natural and it will happen, and it did already !

I swear you, the A.D.D. person can FOCUS efficiently on a single subgect no more than 50 minutes, that’s a rule.

So don’t even try do make it one hour even.
You’ll be wasting 10 minutes… your choice buddies.
Use a timer, select 15, 20, 30 , 40 , 50 minutes runs, not more.

Trick # 5 to laser focus : do at least 5 different things , or do the same thing 5 different ways in a day.

Use your imagination and your creativity, that is a game for ADD person.
That must sound quite obvious to you, but it’s not always the reality : we want to focus one ONE THING AT A TIME, and we want to FINISH what we start the same day. And we want to make that happen not against our nature, but with our abilities.

Never get bored by what you do.

How’s that boomers ?

For those who are NOT ADDs, that is NOT my recommendation, as those ways of scheduling their time won’t fit their abilities, like naturally concentrating on what they do.

So to cultivate the skill of LAZER FOCUS, with your A.D.D. « on » :

make those 5 tricks your habits :

1 = Break up your time, 2= Clear the runway , 3 = have your plan written on paper,
4 = use a timer, 5 = do 5 different things or 5 different ways of doing things at least, in one day.

Network Marketing Business: 5 Keys To Get Sign-ups

into their business at all…..

Here I’m showing you how you can get at least one per week,

and fast then one per day.

1- and absolute first key to get sign-ups : focus on M.M.A.s ! Money Making Activities

and QUIT messing around on the nitty gritty.

Don’t spend all your time on your blog layout and get down to the REAL work. Anything that generates traffic, leads or builds relationships with potential business partners is where you should be focusing your time on.

2. Add at least 10 friends per day on Facebook and any other networks such as Linkedin, and now on Pinterest , that is a must for Network marketers who want daily sign ups.

I have gathered a couple of scripts that I copy n paste to send to new friends, I just personalize them adding the name, and the common interest with the person that I find in her profile.

I first seek to know them, never PITCH my business

I ask about them and their lives, how long they have been in Network Marketing, what are they favorite strategies if any…. Use all chat features with Skype, Facebook, to get to know people quickly.

Show your business presentation to at least 2 INTERESTED PEOPLE a day, not just anyone. You don’t want either to sign up anyone.

Schedule a time for them to call you back, ans say that you can work with them only if they are willing to do what you say. When they call back, sign them up.

3. Have a personal blog where you give away valuable information to help those in network marketing.

Post videos and articles on this every day ,

share them on 20 relevant Facebook groups a day.

Have an autoresponder , and use a pop up form on your blog to collect details of people interested in learning more from you . CALL THEM as soon as they opt in. Build a relationship and get them on to your presentations/webinars.

4. Ask for referrals from those who DO NOT sign up to your business.

In Network marketing , if you have built a relationship properly, they will be happy to help, and personal referrals are the BEST referrals!

5. BE LAID BACK. That’s the attitude of a network marketing Leader. And of a leader. Period. Seriously, if you jump all over someone when they show an interest in your business they will run a mile.

You want to show that you don’t need people, but PEOPLE NEED YOU.

Never push people on your presentation if they show little to no interest, that’s the best way to loose more connections than building them….. and loose sign ups!

Let know people what your leadership and your business have in it for them to solve their problems. Listen to them, they tell you what they want! It’s easy then to give it to them, tell them what to do.

I hope that this helps you realize that you can TAKE ACTION and build your business IF you stick to spending your time doing the right kind of tasks.

LAW of ATTRACTION : HOW TO DESIGN YOUR LIFE, part 2

Design your life by designing your business and home

environment, that is the law of attraction in motion !

Law of Attraction in Pure Joy!

All that you can want : your personal image to shine,

elevate your relationship,

feel great ,

abundance flowing,

Just implement those next simple tips , creating an environment that exudes love, abundance, success, peace and happiness…..

First review the ten first tips that we published yesterday, to manifest the Law of attraction in your home and office, where ever you live and work,

Then take notes of the 10 last ones and do your assignment , written at the end of the post as you did yesterday.

11- Choose a color that you love to paint your bedroom, but not white, and a stimulating color for your office, but not bright-red!

12- The furniture has to be with curved edges, not pointed and sharp corners. If so, soften the edges with fabrics or runners.
In a meeting in some one else’s office, avoid sitting face to a corner of the table or the desk.

13- Keep as much as possible healthy plants in your home, that helps to circulate the energy. Be sure to have plants near your computer and TV screens.

14- Make sure that all the plumbing throughout your home and office is working perfectly. Nothing leaky or running water…If water leaks from ceiling, fix it immediately

15- Make sure all light bulbs are in working order in all rooms, and that each room has the proper lightning. bright enough. Place mirrors on walls where they can multiply the light in a dark room.

16.- Place mirrors so that the tallest person in the house can see his/her entire head.

Hang artwork around your home and office, that you love: it really impacts you on a subconscious level, which is more powerful than the conscious on

17- Others things you love are what you want to surround yourself with, , as well as items that represent health and vitality. The “Law of Attraction in Motion” color for good health is yellow. Pets also are great energy enhancers to have around the home.

18- The different rooms of the house need to be painted with different colors, so that the energy flows easy. It creates feelings of starkness and depression when all the room are white or beige or even the same color.

19- Get rid of : the microwave – it kills the nutrients in food, + re-mix them in toxic molecules- never put baby food to warm in the microwave, it’s cancerogene , through proteines de-structured -

also get rid of all clutter in your living spaces, all clutter in your life, and all dirty and dusty things around you. ….even people like that….

dust, dirt,clutter, negative people are all intoxicating our beings and our life.

20- Accept yourself , love yourself as you are. Be grateful for what you have. Whatch your thoughs.

Focus on beauty, harmony, see them everywhere, show them everywhere. What you focus on expands.…

THE LAW OF ATTRACTION : DESIGN YOUR LIFE – part 1

Are you feeling frustrated because it seems that the Law of Attraction does not work for you?

Do you think – like I used to- that there is a missing element to make it work for you?

And do you believe – like I do !- that you can activate the Law of Attraction to make it work for you…mmmmmm ?
YES YOU CAN !

Here is how I made it, to create my life style, grow my business, and be happy !

: Law of Attraction in Motion

I implemented some principles, I call them natural laws of universe, there are known as well as « Feng Shui » principles, and I promise you they work.

If you DO implement what they say !

You know that your health , wellness and mindset are critical necessary elements to your business success, and so to create your ideal life style.

And the law of Attraction obeys to the principle that the physical surroundings you are in daily have quite a strong impact on these elements.

This is why it’s very important that you pay close attention to your home and office “signals” , as your spent most of your life-time there.

It makes sense to me that the Law of Attraction theory means that the places where you live and work represent what’s going on inside of you.

This entails that your inside self and health will change and improve the same way that your physical environment does.

Here are 10 tips today, for you to start now the shift of the energy in your home and office ,that will activate the Law of Attraction for you.

Many of us are having a home-office, which will easy the process of environmental-designing.

The power of implementing those tips exist only with INTENTION in mind. That might be the ‘missing element « in the Law of Attraction to work in your life.
For example, placing a plant in a corner of a room has to come with the intention of placing in your life an energy of harmony, cutting sharp angles round .

1- the first step to your inside home is your yard: make sure the outside of your home is welcoming, well-cared for, nice and clean. This includes your lawn, flower beds, path to front door clean from bushes, trees or branches etc… This access has to be nice and easy.

2- Your driveway , if on a decline place , can be balanced by placing potted plants on any side of its end.
Be sure it’s clean , and that the walls of your house and garage are freshly painted, without peeling off

3- On your front porch , have a welcome mat outside your door, welcome the Law of Attraction, as everything and every one who enters your home.
Hang a wind chime, it welcomes health and wealth into your life, and circulates the energy.
All doors must open and close easily, and nothing hanging in their back.

4- Let the fresh air in and circulate around your home by opening windows regularly, and let the light come into your life by keeping windows washed and give a clear vision .

5- Make sure that the first wall you see when walking into your home has artwork which uplift you, as well as entering every room , including laundry room and garage, you see beautiful things, to improve your mindset. At this point, you see now what concretely the law of attraction does.

6- Clean your home and office often, and do it with love and gratitude, and the all place will emanate love.
Have 18 things to move around your home, your office , to shift the energy. Move is life.

7- When having a home-office, separate the 2 functions: never set your office in your bedroom- that will make you sleep on your work!
And the computer in the bedroom can trouble your sleep at night. If you have only one room that can have the 2 functions, create a symbloic or material separation to isolate the bed from the desk place. Plus this can enhance the decoration of the room !

8- Never have metal frame or head-board, as it conducts electricity and can affect your health.
Also, don’t storage things under your bed, for a good sleep. If possible, place your bed on a wall non-shared with bathroom or appliance .

9- Don’t align the bed directly with the doorway, and position it so that you can see the door.
The same applies for your desk in your office room.

10- Last for this part of activating the law of attraction : All rooms are better with less furniture and stuff . A cluttered room = a cluttered mind, and that will affect your wellness and health. I can relate totally to that, and I bet you can to : don’t you feel you need to clear your space at some point to easy clearing your mind ?
All TVs are better in an enclosed armoire, unless you want a flat screen that decorate your wall with nice site-view or slide show.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT TODAY:

start going around your house, and your office, and make a list of what you want to change, take off or add, for each place and room. Make an other list of things that you need in order to implement those changes and improvements, and get them.

It’s very important to have a home, office , and/or workshop that supports and nurture you,

as your “external environment” is the image of your “internal environment” – your body and mind.

MLM QUITTER SYNDROME , the CURE

You know very well , as « an MLMer » what means the « quitter syndrome » *

Lets see now what is this syndrome , and how to cure it.

The MLM Quitter Syndrome is a DISEASE that infects all networkers until they join at least 5 opportunities and never make any money.

Fortunately, it starts to dissipate at that time for some, but will continue to cripple the minds of many for the remainder of their career, killing their chance of ever seeing success.

This Quitter Syndrome is one of the major causes for failures in the industry : it affect people with devastating consequences:

It kills their dreams, their self-confidence, and lead them so to a life that they wanted to change when they first went into the networking business.

The cure to the MLM Quitter Syndrome (my version):

Dream Bigger than You are

1 – Understand this and you’ll be half-cured :

- This industry will not save you.
– Your company will not save you.
– Your comp plan will not save you. There is no such thing as a “Turn Key” system you can buy that will make you rich.
– There are thousands of companies that “are growing faster than Microsoft!” (Not just yours…)
– It doesn’t matter if you think you have the greatest product in the world unless you plan on buying $50,000 or more of it per month yourself… (All that matters is what YOUR CUSTOMERS think about it).

- Acknowledge it, observe your attitudes that repeat themselves,

- Recognize it : accept that it’s not outside things or persons who “attack ” you, the disease is “in” you, you need to act on YOU , to recognize that the problem is you, not the company or your family or the bad weather…

So here’s the deal…

3 – Once you recognize which is the problem with yourself, stand up and dare to seek for help to solve it, and that will make the other half of the cure for your MLM Quitter Syndrome.

Lose the lottery dreams of The Next Big Thing.

This is a BIZ-NESS where the fit, (and smart), survive and thrive.

This means you have to take full responsibility for it, and stop making excuses or blaming the circumstances .

You create your life. And your death.

This means as well that you want to not leave your power to outside circumstances or people: be empowered! Be response-able for your business and your life.

This means also that you are pro-active, no reactive. You make your own decisions,don’t let others and circumstances once again influence your actions.

make your OWN decisions, not influenced.

When it comes to your MLM business, here is how you want to be pro-active and responsible , and never again be submitted to the MLM Quitter Syndrome:

This is about smart marketing, promotion, and follow up.

NOW you can RELAX and focus on the one thing that WILL make a difference in your success without distraction: YOU!

It allows you to make decisions based on the right business reasons like market demand.

On the flip side, the average networker, mlmer or affiliate, treats this industry like a weekend stint in front of a Vegas craps table, and as usual, always leaves with empty pockets in the end.

And as they pass by the calling neon signs of the another casino promising the next big jack-pot, they latch on to their sales pitch and hitch their dreams to it, only to be a victim of their own refusal to “wake up”, once again. . Mlm quitter…….sounds like?

Use this knowledge to professionalize your business and discipline your work ethic, and you will start to see results quickly.

Until you learn how to:
– Build a list.
– Build a relationship with the people on that list.
– Market to that list.

… You will NEVER get the results you want, no matter how many companies you join.

It’s that simple. Be cured from that disease: find out what’s your problem, ask and get help to solve it, learn and do your work!

I recognize that I did carry this MLM quitter syndrome, when I started to “try” an MLM business, then this company closed to its reps, so I went into another one, and I made the excuse that I did not really like to sell the product, and I quit for another one, then I found the next excuse in following a friend in his venture to quit again and go into a 4th company.

And after 18 months of “excuses” and not good at all attitude, I decided to change this , in order to change my results! Quit the quitter syndrome!

Today, I am still with my latest Company, and I have developed my business jumping into a more powerful venture.

That allows me to be happy with all aspects of the business, to work online for 98% , and to make money with what I love to do:
learning, organizing, using systems, teaching and sharing, working from home and travelling.

Why and How to Write Your Vision for Your Online Business

Have you seen how in only a few years from today, the internet world and the industry of online business have evolved so fast ?!

Can you see the explosion in homebased businesses , and that many of them web-based?

When you ask the question to people who want to start their own online business, their first answer is they want to make money. And that doesn’t tell the whole story, as we almost all want to make money, don’t you? I do!

But our vision for our online business can be quite different for each one of us.

BE your own Boss, DO your own schedule, HAVE your own office

This is WHY you want to write down your vision for your online business :

You put things on the paper and it starts to « materialise » your ideas, to make them become concrete.

You have that way a more physical perception of what you are to accomplish, it doesn’t stay just « an idea, a concept ».

Also, you want to know what your personal goals are, and how that vision for your online business fits with those goals.

What are you trying to accomplish?

If people asked themselves this question more often, I think they could be a lot more successful.

Now that you have answered the questions that guide your plans, we can look at :

HOW to write your vision for your online business?

Answer now to those few questions, and write your answers, that will tell your vision and clarify your way to your achievement:

1- What role does your business play in enabling you to reach your personal goals?

2- Do you feel that your business is helping you to achieve those goals, and what do you need to change or improve that would make you answer yes to this question?

3- Are you in control of your business, if not, how to stop being run by your business?

4- How much money do you want to earn with my online business, and how will you spend it?

5- How much time do I want realistically spend on my internet business?

Think about all your writen answers, and as a conclusion, enlarge the vision for your online business to a big enough perspective:

What is my VISION for my ONLINE BUSINESS?

After I ‘ve played arount online for about 2 years, I was hit by a friend who showed me the Empower Network , just the day of its launching.

That has been the start for my new vision and new ways as well, of doing things now.

What I am sure about now, is that if you want to make money on the web, your vision for your online business has to start with getting a blogging platform, and a funnel system. Period!

And when I think about , my enlarged vision for my online business, I see it on a much bigger scale.

I love that I get to learn with Empower Network and with my team in my MLM company that my vision has to be big enough to contain the vision of all my team people, and lead them to accomplish what they decide to.

HOW TO STOP PROCRASTINATION FOR GOOD!

Do you feel like a mouse in the wheel?

running around and around and around and around?

and still in the same place by the end of the run ?

I’ve been feeling so recently, when I hit that video below , that showed me what was my issue :
For any reason, this past week, I decided to « go with the flow » , and not fight the obstacles that where showing up one after each other :

I decided to STOP PROCRASTINATION.

You’ll understand what I mean when you see that so hilarious video, . Then I’ll tell you what I did……

If you recognize yourself , even for a 2 % of it, in this video about how to stop procrastination, then you are in big trouble already in your Empower Network business!

Why ?

Because the key to your success with Empower Network is Consistency, Daily Action.
Because non stop procrastination is the more powerful killer attitude , killer of dreams.

I love my new power with Empower Network

so what did I do in order to stop this procrastination ?

I did 4 very simple things :

First :
I RECOGNIZED that I was falling into the trap of constant, non stop procrastination, looking back at myself with objectivity = no excuses,
and finding out what was the reason why I would neglect my own decisions to succeed with Empower Network.

Why do we do things that go against ourselves ? Find the reasons and you get your solutions !
For me, that week, it was mainly because of the fear that I would not be appreciated by people, if I dare to say too many « no’s « to their kind sollicitations.

Result was : a real plan to stop procrastination, so that I leave people and things distract me for their profit….

Second :

after I recognize my attitude, I MADE THE DECISION to do ALL the necessary actions ,
in order to change this attitude that entails not only the means to stop procrastination, but also many hard consequences that I cannot afford…..

For example : loosing prospects by not doing blogging and marketing daily, loosing money, loosing self-confidence and feeling bad and worse for all that……yack yack yack !

Doesn’t this seem too expensive really, when you think that people love you for who you are, more than for what you do ? hey,

Third :

then I took a sheet a sheet of paper, a red thick ball pen, and draw a big cross on the word written in black : procrastination.

Under that, I LISTED ALL THE ACTIONS that I need to take today to stop procrastination, kill it, beat it, shoot it, squeeze it, eliminate it, atomise it, smurph it …..you git it. and put a check mark in front of each thing in the list,
AND allowed my self to do anything else ONLY when all the things are checked.

I love my lists

On my list were, among others actions :

- stick on my wall a beautiful sign, saying in beautiful letters :
« Today, I am doing WHAT EVER IT TAKES to REACH MY GOALS WITH MY EMPOWER NETWORK BUSINESS. »

- make some enlarged copies of the pictures representing my WHY’s to improve my dream board.

- start a tracking chart, on my agenda, for my daily results, in terms of leads acquired, and of numbers of sales.

- Change my DMO into an easier schedule in order to implement it 100% , banishing all elements that prevent my effort to stop procrastination.

And others actions inspired by those lessons .

Remember : You want to change NOT WHAT you do, but HOW you do it.

Fourth :
I TAKE ACTION, IMPLEMENT all my changes, SCREW IT , DO IT !

Love surfing!

And stay vigilant to finish each action started, before I start an other one.
That is as well very efficient to stop procrastination definitely.

1- RECOGNIZE, aknowledge you’re in the procrastination mode,

2- DECIDE that you are changing this TODAY. And what will replace that mode.

3- WRITE A LIST OF ALL THE ACTIONS that you are going to take in order to realize this change.

4- SCREW –IT-DO-IT !

and eventually ,
5 – leave me a comment here, tell me if you used this method to stop procrastination or other bad habit and how it helped you,.
