I received my invitation to PINTEREST last week, and did my DD on the topic, and decided right away to use it for my Empower Network System , and I’m still in creating my first board and start pinning.

Pinterest can be very very addictive!

Second thing to know: you can get your account in Pinterest only by Invite: ask me for your invitation, e-mail me at bricha99@gmail.com copying this title in the subject’s line: “My Pinterest Invite please” .

Be careful with buying invitations! I don’t recommend you do that . Pinterest is free, but people are already starting to monetize this on some market places ……well you can buy if you want, just another warning in case you want to work smart.

So just e-mail to me, and as soon as you receive your invite to sign up, do just that; sign up, and you will officially be a member of Pinterest, and ready to start pinning.

To me, as I’m a scrapbooking fan, Pinterest is ideal to match my passion with my marketing online! That’s what you can do for yourself: pin your passions and share them here, and meet others passionate people, learn more about all what you like there!

The general idea is to share your boards and individual pinned images with as many other Pinterest members as possible.

OK, you wait for me to tell what is PINTEREST?

a- Pinterest describes itself as follows: “Pinterest is a virtual pinboard that lets you organize and share all the beautiful things you find on the web.
People use pinboards to plan their weddings, decorate their homes, and organize their favorite recipes.”

b- Here’s how I describe Pinterest:
Pinterest is a relatively new social networking and image and video sharing site where most “pinners” either find images on the Internet and/or upload them from their own computers and “pin” them onto their virtual board.

Why is Pinterest just like Empower Network is, a goldmine for Networkers and business owners?

Well , know that while it’s fine and dandy for the average pinner, just grabbing any old image (or video) from the Internet or your computer isn’t going to do anything for you as an Internet marketer.

As an IMer, you want at least some of your pins to be your virtual tiny salespersons, each carrying your affiliate link and/or other source link to get eyeballs from your pinned image to your sites and offers.

HOW you can use Pinterest with Empower Network as a goldmine for your online business :

Simply, I suggest that most of your pinned images come from your personal site or/and Empower Network blog, : some, but not all, that are clickable links which, as soon as they are clicked, take the person who clicked on your image to your source link.

Not only you’ll attract people that look for you, but also you get exposure to this targeted clientele the most efficient way.

Why PiNTEREST is so popular and fast growing ? I believe the big great smart reason is because Pinterest is ENTERTAINING.

What are the numbers that talks for PINTEREST?

As of early February 2012, Pinterest had
– more than 10.4 million registered users,
– -9 million monthly Facebook-connected users,
– and 2 million daily Facebook users, according to Inside
Network’s App data tracking service.

Gender-wise, I’ve read estimates that anywhere between 60% to 80% members are women, leaving 20% to 40% for male members.

I’ve seen a report in early March stating there are now more than 12 million registered Pinterest users.

For you who traffic sources are an important factor, here some interesting stats:
Recent reports have stated that Pinterest drove greater numbers of traffic to websites than Google Plus, LinkedIn, Reddit and YouTube combined.

Do you realize that with all this traffic waiting to be directed from Pinterest to Empower Network blogs, your blogs, various websites and blogs, it’s esay to get your fair share (and perhaps just a little more) by diverting it to where you want it to go?

Well, now you know a little bit more about Pinterest, why people are interested in it and, most importantly, why you, as an Internet marketer want to utilize this new social networking resource to your own advantages and put on steroids your Empower Network platform !

When you receive your invitation and sign up to PINTEREST, you’ll see that I am also starting to use it, and introduce my Empower Network in the boards very slowly, as it’s before all about People, what they are ,like, do, share….

RETIREMENT PLAN FOR LADY-BOOMERS

MOMS, DO YOU WANT TO RETIRE AND SPOIL YOUR FAMILY, CELEBRATE THE NEW YEAR WITH A JOYFUL VISION

I want that ! I want to have my family around me, offer them the comfort to feel secure and happy with us, I want to afford all the joy of giving, spoiling, cherishing my loved ones, I want, I want I want….. so many things for now and 2012 !

And YOU want many many things too don’t you ?

Do you know you can have them ?

Do you know How you can get them ?

What are your dreams ? Have you written them down ? Have you made your plans for achieving them ? Do you have a retirement plan?

I take that opportunity these last days of the year, to check with my family and myself, where we get to arrive this fall, and from there where we are going to :

I have plans already, and better, I have many things to add , to bring to them for 2012, including a retirement plan.

I write this today with the purpose to inspire you to define your dreams and draw your way to them, if you miss ideas or clear vision. To me, it’s a lot about retirement , and family, and children.

Here are only my dreams, my vision and my plans that I can share with you, no advice or « you should…, you have too, …you need to…. » yak.

Just my story, and my presence to speak with you then if you like to discuss about that.

Plus your input is always welcome, I’m a learning addict ! Don’t worry, I take care of that.

SO, here are, all raw, my dreams, my goals, my plans, and once again your ideas are welcome :

My Big dream, – not limited , just growing – is to give back to my loved ones- and I love the world, that’s big too- and to give to children, while having my life. And having my life is : feeling well in my house, with Bruno, my lovely hubby,both on retirement and wealthy

a bigger home, for Mum and us, and friends.

Traveling and be with my friends in Hawaii and family in Europe, and that entails many important details.

My short term goal is : set and decorate a beautiful room for my Mum, so she can spend time with us as long as she likes in Moorea in our beach home, afford for her plane tickets , and mines , with seats in business or first class, help Bruno to make his retirement this fall 2012, give 10 % of my income to Children International and « villages d’enfants » in France. This foundation gives a home and parents to children who have none.

And ta da ! THE plan :

continue working at home, growing my business online with EMPOWER NETWORK, get 4 people per week in my downline for the first quarter, and…. Well I can tell you the maths that I did already, in order to earn 15 K per month by the end of 2012, or earlier !

Beside this, develop my others streams of income, just in case I drop the basket with the eggs. Have others eggs and baskets.

Then I have strategies to put my plans in action, I’ll tell you an other time.

If I want ,ha !

VIDEO TIPS SERIES # 29 : On Personal Branding

You just saw in the last video what does for you an autoresponder, and you understand that it is the ideal tool to implement attraction marketing.

I found out , and that is another big thing to know, while I was learning about attraction marketing, it came to my mind that it was connected with personal branding.

I just ask myself : what makes the difference between 2 marketers, who do the same actions, get the same amount of leads but one is converting 10 % of the amount of the other one’s conversions ?

The answer is not under a horse foot, it is quite simple, the answer is it’s YOU ! haha ! yes.
I told you yesterday, people want to join YOU, or HIM, or HER, because of what YOU, HE ,SHE already gave to them : your communicated personality, given value, sharing you you are, showing your skills and give, give, give.
The more you give , the more it creates attraction back to you.

What ever you teach them,principles, techniques, tips, it triggers in their subconscious a valued image of you , as they see you as the one who is able to help them to get what they want.
The one who is resonating with their emotions because of your personality, and so you are the one who they want to work with and follow.

And at this point, giving is all about value.
You ask :
What if I have not succeeded yet, what can I give that is valuable to them ?
Ha ! Yes, you have lived experiences that they have not,
you’ve been figuring out many things that does not work before you even watch and learn on that video….
And LEARN EVERY DAY. I do learn every day, I’m a learning addict, and I would speak to you here for days and days

So note those 2 easy tips :
YOU focus on branding yourself, which is equal to attraction marketing,
And you GIVE value to people, build value in yourself non stop, learning, and telling in YOUR OWN WORDS, with your personality what you learned.
We use to say in French : ” la plus belle fille ne peut donner que ce qu’elle a….”

How to implement Attraction marketing into your business, both on and off line

In our network marketing industry, who has not heard of Attraction Marketing, during the past 2 years, even 3 years ?

It has become a standard for businesses online and offline, to network marketers in many MLM companies.

So do we know how to use it , and get the results it is supposed to produce ?

I want today to write in that note the simple but essential answer to that question :

Yes, we know and here is how , but first we want to tell what it is really :

It is the principle to target and attract people into our business, who are looking for our product, who want to get it, who are ready to buy it or/and to join, mentally and financially. The more important in that is the target are people who see in you the value that they have and that they don’t see in some one else.

So from there, it’s easy for figure out how you want to implement Attraction Marketing :

1- UNDERSTAND this said above, and know the value that you have to offer to people which is unique to you.

2- BE ORIGINAL, be yourself, be different, and brand yourself.

3- ADOPT THE STRATEGY OF THE FISHER , throwing baits out, to ATTRACT the fish, instead of the Hunter, who tries any means to catch the pray that run away from him…

fisherman, cool...

You know also that Mike Dillard is the big precursor of this concept, and I wish I had known him way before in my previous businesses.

Now, I won’t take in my team anyone who has not READ and UNDERSTOOD Mike’s book : « Magnetic Sponsoring »

And if you’re smart, you’ll do the same and tell your people to get it or quit.

Would you want to waste your time with anymore not willing to spent $39 – or what ever Mikes charges for it today – , to learn the skills that allow them to save years of labor and build a business for their future ?

Video-tips series. Tip #7. MUST USE TOOLS for your follow up.

The fortune is in the follow up.
This is true in network marketing as well as in any business.

Now you have your marketing strategies in place and you are implementing daily and consistent actions.

You must be generating leads, in you system : you want to follow up immediately, and use the tools the most appropriate for that :

Your auto-responder :
Among 4 or 5 top ones on the market, I strongly recommend the one that I found gives you best results , AND is least expensive one : go see here .

AS you start to get traffic, you have a limited amount of leads, the PHONE can be your #1 making money tool. Be aggressive and do what it takes to connect with people, and put your sites in front of them.

Messages : use your auto-responder to broadcast messages, and if you can, use video-e-mail system. Send one message weekly to your list ( our system includes them automatically) :
Give value, be solution oriented, 95%, and put 5% CAT. That’s the formula in attraction marketing.

A reminder, speaking attraction marketing : everybody’s attracted by persons who are confident and show potential in front of them, nobody likes desperation . You need to seem not NEEDING.
Go get the book of Mike Dillard , and understand this concept completely before you start marketing, or before you continue in the wrong way.

I repeat: get and read the book of Mike Dillard’s “magnetic Sponsoring” and UNDERSTAND COMPLETELY this concept BEFORE continuing anything in your marketing. Then IMPLEMENT it in your roadmap, your strategies, everywhere.
