Effective Twitter Secret Strategy Revealed.

When I started studying marketing online, I went through tons of information, and overwhelmed, etc…. We all know that. After quite some mistakes and $$$$ wasted ( expensive lessons, but still lessons…) I took some twitter courses, as I could see that Twitter is a Must-Work-With for online marketers.

Those first courses showed me how to use twitter, basically, and how to grow my list of followers fast.
I didn’t tell me what I discovered later, in a webinar with my marketing system company, which is THE information that we need to know and apply, to make TWITTER works for us,  as a FREE LEAD GENERATION  tool.
As long as we just do the basics, it’s just a regular fun Social Networking site, but not yet a tool used to generate traffic really.


Here is what we want to know and implement to make our twitter account effective, with appropriate strategy:


First, download Tweetdeck on your computer, which you’ll need to use for fasten your daily tasks. TweetDeck.com,and download Tweetlater – SocialOomph – which you’ll use to schedule your daily blocks of posts,
(free softwares) .

Then, the principle is this:
We need to send 5 to 10 posts at once, in the same lap of time, in order to be seen widely on a piece of page of twitter. You can see that this is the way people get noticed. If we send a post , separated from others by many people’s posts, we never get noticed neither read. If we can align 4 or 5 at least in a raw, it’s different visually , isn’t it? That’s what we look for: be noticed first.


Second, we want to post good, attractive, valuable, fun content, like a video picked from Youtube, an article from another site, a quote as usual, news that are amusing or surprising, and this content we get it from the places that I tell you below.


Third, we want to gather those different tweets to post,5 to 10 at once, on the Tweetlater software,  do program them for such a time in the day, and let it work on its own.
This way, you can choose to work on twitter each other day only, and schedule the automatic postings at the date and time that you choose (I tell you also what are the best time)


Fourth, we need the other free software downloaded : http://tinyurl.com in order to shorten the URLs that we want the followers to click on.


The tasks :

Gather daily contents, prepare a block of 4 to 8/10 posts on stickies, or a notepad on your desktop:
What to post :

– one or 2 great quotes ( google “quotes” and find the sites that inspire you to copy from) or create your quote!


- 2 to 4 “news” on any subject, not all the time about marketing or networking. Look at in your followers what are different interests of them, and pick articles on those topics.
Where to pick articles, news, etc…..

This second site is more specific, speaking of pre-tested stuff, and it has quite some good tips about SEO.


- a tweetback from someone you know: pick an article from a site-group on Facebook, from a blog you you like and link with, use the software Tweetback.


- 1 to 3  videos that you pick on Youtube: go to the site, search for c category, and choose a chocking beautiful video, a motivational video music, or speach, or inspirational video, songs, presentation, etc…. be creative.


- pictures, to illustrate a short story, or just a great picture and promote his author.


- 1 to 2 articles, picked from e-zines articles or other publication sites, and link it to your blog.


- ONE promotional message, linked to your blog, or your primary business site.

ex: ” stop loosing money on …..and start earning daily , visit: tinyurl.com…..(your site, shortened url with the online software.

How to post:

* Post daily, at the best time to each the biggest audience:
EST  7.00 to 8.00 am
7.00 to 9.00 pm
1.00 to 2.00 pm

* Use SocialOomp ( former Tweetlater) , to gather your posts in blocks, and send the post all at once , in seconds, so that they are seen with your repeated picture on the page.


* Retweet some of your followers tweets, which you find of good interest, while you’re here

* and  answer to at least 5 direct messages daily.


When you have set those tasks into a routine, it should take 30 to 40 min a day maximum, to achieve, and this is FREE TARGETED LEADS GENERATION on line.

THE STORY OF MISS-MARKETING MISTAKES, in 12 steps, or how to burn yourself fast in marketing – part 3 -

Here are the last , but not least, 4 mistakes of the 12 that you, as a successful marketer, CANNOT afford to make in your business.

These 12 are as well exposed here for any owner of small or medium business.

Lets go right away and see Miss Marketing Mistakes, or MIMI, at work:

9- Because of her employee was bored fast with “routine” ,Mimi applied the principle of “New and Different” quite frequently.

That is the big 9th mistake that she made….! She changed her marketing strategy, her recent ad campaign, without even had heard of results and tracked long enough the efficiency of them.

You should never , never stop using anything that works, and is going on working for long. Even if your partners, employees , associates, are “bored” with it.

For profitable, smart successful marketing, you need to listen to only the persons who vote with dollars more than with ideas: your customers.



10- Mimi ignored the ” money is in the follow-up” .

She spend a great deal of time and money on attracting prospects to her business, then she followed up some just once, and some….never!

Good marketers know that they make the sale generally after the 7th or 8th contact with the prospect.

That is the conversion: getting leads is not enough, you need to get conversions, and so, do the follow up.

The prospects and leads have many different reason not to buy right after the first call, or contact :

they may have more important things in their mind, may not be ready for this kind of decision, not trust you enough yet, need to know you more, know your service/product better, may be in a process of comparing you with competition……

Persistence and repetition are vital for your success, and repeated follow up give you advantage over your competitors: most of them will make Mimi’s mistake, and only a few will do the follow up more than once.

Your prospects can be ready to buy in one week or 10 weeks from today, and you’ll have the best chance to make the sale as you are uppermost in their minds, which can be obtained by only persistent following up.



11- Another believe that Mimi “bought” from traditional business owners: word by mouth referrals come automatically.

Just take this one out of your mind, as yes , word of mouth referrals are extremely important, and NO they do not magically appear. Period.

You can get a few referrals, just because your products/services are really exceptional or great, but abundance and really profitable referrals requires efforts and initiative.



12- The most costly mistake of all: Mimi based her marketing on guesses, assumptions, and advices.

She listened to friends, relatives, employees of her, and doing so, she took the best guarantee for no or little results from her marketing.

It’s as if she was trying to guess the exact sequence of numbers needed to open a combination lock : it’s a process where each consecutive step is linked to the previous one, and one wrong guess compromises all the chances to succeed.

Mimi believe at that point, that marketing was more of an ART, than a SCIENCE. This means that for her, all opinions where ever they come from, about marketing, are equally valid.

This philosophy makes that most of believes about marketing are based on myths, not on facts.

Marketing is in reality a Science, with specific rules, principles, and quantifiable results.

That is very important: know all the criteria, the experience , the skills that has been developed by already successful marketers.

If you ask 10 people to select from two ads the one they think is the best, 9 out of them will point at the profit looser rather than the profit winner. Why? Because they do not know and recognize the marketing principles and strategies that make a powerful marketing piece a winner.

They have their opinion based on subjective and vague criteria like ” fun”appeal, artistic look, different, cute, clever…..

Which has rarely anything to do with generating big response. Instead it has everything to do with wasting your marketing time and money and destroying your potential sales.

So now, Mimi learned the “great dozen” ,and she know pretty well this 12th lesson:

Always base your marketing on measurable results from objectives tests.

WHY BE ORGANIZED IN YOUR HOME-BUSINESS AND HOW? part two

Ok. You’ve watch Daily success Stream website? What did you like in it? What has it got to do with being organized, and try to get all things done every 24 hours?
Many many many things
It’s about trainings, videos, DVDs and audios and CDs that give you high quality Educational Content, and where you can find most of your solutions, to most of your questions, regarding most aspects of your life.

So today, after I stated the main issue of what to do to fit in 24 hours, what requires 28 hours, I’ll tell you how I organized that, and get results that I feel really well with, save me time and money. Which is the main topic of this blog by the way.

Lets make it a 5 points solution:

Point one: Don’t put the cart before the horse.

Have an overall strategy for your business, and for your life goals.
Then only, plug in specific monthly , weekly, daily tactics. It’s like you are building a house: layout first, know what’s the big picture, and then start taking the bricks in order.

Point 2 : Choose well the bricks, and how and what for use them.

It’s very important to use the right things , with the right tools, and in the right process.
Yes, you need a process, and the tools, and the map. With those, then I learned to apply the ” 3Ws” rule: What am I gonna do with this (brick)
When I’m gonna do it,
Where I put it if I do it later?
Every “brick” that can be put somewhere in less than ten minutes is to be put there now.

Point 3 : Prioritize, this is an essential skill to learn, if you don’t have it already.

There are so many things to do , you need to be very clear on what is important, what is urgent, and how important it is, and how urgent. I learned a quite efficient way to use this technic: the quadrant page: you divide a page in 4 parts, upper left part is Important to do,
upper right is Not Important to do,
lower left part is Urgent to do,
lower right part is Not urgent to do.
Then you list each item in the category it belongs to, and it’s easy to prioritize this way: you want to stay first things to pick from the left side of the quadrant, and last pick from the right side.
Example:
you want to prioritize something Important, and not urgent, or urgent , before something urgent but not important.

Point 4 : Have a DMO, written down. Yes, a Daily Method of Operations.

You’ve list your tasks, prioritized them, know which tools you’ll use to do the tasks, get your bricks ( your contents for marketers) , and you have 24 hours available 7 times a week, as we saw in the part one of the article.
My DMO is simply the written order of my task, scheduled according to my life style, my goals, and guided by previous points 1 2 and 3.
You can choose any system to organize your life and business, paper, digital, planner book, what fits you the best.
I do personaly use an A4 format planner, where I have the view of the week on the 2 pages, and I write every day and time, my tasks on one side for each day, and useful notes and information on the other side. from here, I can track almost everything, especially build my list of prospects and follow up.

Point 5 : Be a good Note-Taker.

That follows the DMO, as it’s essential to be productive. I personally write done everything
, which allows me first, to free space in my mind to think when I need, and not embarrass it my things to remember, and second , I can impress people when I call them, as they see I take them for important person.
Always use , when you have a discussion , the “let me take my notes….” so that you can show how confident and solid person you are, speaking no mistakes, and sure of that.

Those 5 points are basic fundamentals to achieve your goals by being organized, which we have been talking about earlier this year.

WHY BE ORGANIZED IN YOUR HOME-BUSINESS AND HOW? part one.



We all want to be wealthy , healthy and wise, so we follow the rules that we believe will help us to be successful, to live our ideal lifestyle, to grow our business and our wellness.
But there are so many “rules” out there, that we are overwhelmed so easily, and we look ten for ways to manage to do everything which make us succeed. Today, we are going to look at what is our situation, and how to be organized , in order to reach all our goals of wealth, health and wisdom!



First, here’s the story in which most of us are immersed in:
We are told to eat one apple a day, for the iron, and eat one banana a day for the potassium.
Also, one orange or better a kiwi, for vitamine C and a big cup of green-tea-no-sugar for diabetes.Everyday, we must drink half a gallon of water( and then go to the restroom, which takes double time than you already lost drinking it)
Every day we have to eat a yoghourt, to get our “L.Cassei Defendis” in order to digest all the others things we eat.
Every day one Aspirine to prevent heart-attack, a glass of red wine for the same thing,an other of white wine for cerebral system, and a glass of beer for I don;t know what…If we drink all that at once, we can get a cerebral haemorrhage, but don’t worry, you won’t even see it happening to you.



Every day, we need to eat fibers, a lot of fibers, until the stomach scratches,and we must eat 5 to 6 light meals, and we must chew 100 times each bite. So that if you start counting, you get to spend 5 hours to eat daily.
Ho, and after each meal, you must brush your teeth, after the yoghourt, you must brush your teeth, same after the apple, and after the banana, and so on , until you have just 3 teeth left…. and don’t forget to brush the tongue, and to floss ,and to rinse with listerine….
We have to sleep 8 hours, work, or be active trying to work 8 hours, plus time for eating, that’s 21 hours. You’ve got 3 hours left.
According to the stats, we watch the TV 3 hours, which is not at all possible , since we must walk half-an-hour each day.
We must see our friends regularly, be innovative in sex, wash the dishes and the socks, wipe the floor and change the sheets ,play on the computer, open your e-mails, and I don’t mention here the fact that you might have children, and dogs and cats, or a crocodile in your yard….Yes ,we have duckies. see!?

When you make the maths, that goes to 29 hours per day.
That’s a good motivation to change something in your life, to make more money and less hours working!
I considered many solutions to the 29 hours, before I came to the one that made my life simple, joyful, and with several happy hours a day! ( that, I forgot in the previous list above.., the happy hour, would have make 30 hours total).

SECRETS TO GROW YOUR BUSINESS WITH SUCCESS Part2

Have you had success in applying the business secrets in the part 1 of this report ? If you did the exercise described , your answer is positive today !
And you are ready for the main course now : realizing all the conditions which make you reach massive success, setting the mindset that you must have, as an entrepreneur and a leader, and implementing those techniques right away with simple exercises which i give you at the end of this second part.



1- Do what you Love , or don’t do it. If you cannot do 100% what you love, you’ll need to learn to love what you do.

In order to make money, that first condition is mandatory : you need to have a passion, to have a purpose, in order to have prosperity.
Many people do what they love, but they still struggle to have prosperity. They miss their purpose, their why.
If you want to go somewhere, you need to set your mind up : where do you want to go, and what are you ready to do in order to get there. If you don’t love the way you walk in your business, arrange things to be able to love it, or change your way, but keep doing steps and enjoy the journey.



2- Review and make crystal clear your vision :

One of the reasons many entrepreneurs fail , or struggle a lot, is that they do not know clearly what they want their business to look like.

You already have your goals, plans and strategies set, and this is what you can use to clarify your vision, and give you the big picture of where you want to be in the future.
You probably know some of the techniques used to make that vision a magnet that pulls you to its manifestation : make a vision board, write on cards and stick them anyplace you look at many times daily, etc…
Don’t forget, its very important to have that vision not only crystal clear, but also big enough ! Big enough to blow yourself out, to get you out of your comfort zone, and believe that you can do it , what ever….. You want to put in front of your eyes so many carrots that you’ll starve enough to do what ever it takes , you’ll dream of it at night, you jump out of the bed with a smile every morning for that.



3 –To grow your business, you have to grow yourself first, be yourself, and be unique.

Being unique will eliminate competition. This is a strategy that we’ll be studying and developing when we speak about branding and marketing.
For now , you want to go on the previous concept, and be very clear as well on what you want your business to be like, so you will attract the customers who are perfect for your business. Love your business, make it look and be like what you love , and people will love to be your business customers.
In order to do this, you want first to grow yourself, learn everyday, work on being better at anything that you want to be better, and that you need to be better at.
Successful people have been observed as doing this all their life : leaders read at least one book weekly, 30 min to one hour daily, they meditate, and have a healthy lifestyle.



Here are the exercises that you can do, to implement now those three important points in order to grow your business with success :take a sheet of paper, brainstorm and write down :

1- If you are not yet doing what you love, there are only 2 solutions to that : love what you do, or change how you do it to love it the new way.
Choose the solution that your FEEL is right for you, like find ways to enjoy what you do, or find the conditions that you know you are happy with, and re-create them.



2- Make this second brainstorm and writing down , it can take just five minutes :
imagine you are starting a all new way of doing your business, and you are describing to your spouse what it will look like completely ideally : be very detailed, and use the present tense. Then read at loud voice and feel it .



3- Find as many ways as you can to LEARN every single day, take notes, AND implement what you learned within the next hours of your day. That’s how it works : learning, speed of implementation.

Marketing Online: Do you have a plan for your business?

Being a successful internet marketer requires 3 major steps, for a success plan: write an clear and realistic action plan, which you can post on your desktop, and in anyplace that is of  easy access for your sight. Then hold on it, be a winner , a pro internet marketer and leader , and stick to your plan, using a method that fits you totally. Finally, don’t delay! You never know how much time you have to achieve your dreams, so you better get it now.

First up:
You need a written action plan, detailing how you intend to achieve your goals in your internet business. This means you know what are your goals, where you want to go to, what is your on line business going to look like in one year, 5 years, 10 years…..  Setting goals is another important subject, to be developed apart.  Lets say you have your written goals, as not written goals are merely wishes. Those goals are your road map to your success, and you need to know not only your destination, but also how to get there.

Second step is to Focus:

Never give up, leave all your excuses behind. That may sound simple , but many people throw in the towel before they should. It’s so easy to provide a reason for you can’t do something, why you cannot make money, how the entire internet marketing system is not for them, there is too much competition, they are too small, ….Do not be one of those losers, be a winner, write down all your good reasons to succeed, and stay focus on your why. You can make money on line your own way, you don’t have to do the same way as others: learn from the success of others, and then implement what you learned in the way that is the best for you. Create your own formula, model, method. This does work. You may follow a very simple daily ritual: pros call it the DMO, Daily Method of Operation. personalizing your DMO allows you to keep going and focus.And it pays off really.

Third step: Act on it!
I can relate about the damage that one can create by procrastinating! As soon as you start to implement as fast as possible, you’ll be surprised by the results of your efforts. Do not delay. For that, you want to make your DMO  very realistic for you: be sure you’ll be able in anyway to accomplish daily 80% of the tasks that you assign to yourself.  Once again, stay focus, each time you accomplish a task, terminate it before you start the next one. I used this tip as a method, and it became normal to me, and very helpful, as before that, I used  to multitask a lot! So I could hardly achieve anything in a given period of time. After I decided it is my goal to finish any task that I start before I start a new one, I was amazed by how fast I could work and be efficient. That is a great way to save time, and win on all levels : business, family time, peace of mind., success.
