STOP THINKING and DO IT :

When I started to work online, I did not know how tricky this road would be, much more than off-line business which I was used to. As you read me, you probably can relate to this feeling of being overwhelmed and bombarded with information, curious to know everything, wanting to do it right first time and studying all so interesting courses that you need!

I found one, and only one real solution to that:
I pick one of my courses, read it since the beginning, and DO IT. I implement right away, on my screen, working with 10 windows opened, clicking and clicking and trying, but doing it, before I go to next lesson.
Never again read or watch a tutorial, without having opened in front of me the window to work on, with the tutorial.

You want to know how I succeeded in building my own funnel for marketing my business, and started to really get leads, convert and build my team, so click on HERE and fill the form, NOW.

Stop Struggling In Your MLM And Spending More Than You Earn

HOW TO choose or Build your MARKETING SYSTEM for your WHOLE BUSINESS.

Here is a very essential question to answer when you start your Network Marketing Business.

You’ve seen in the previous post how to choose your primary company, and probably now you found it.  Now, you are into action : build your team, sponsor your leaders.

What are they doing here?

What are they doing here?

WARNING :

You know that NETWORK marketing is about networking, about connecting with people. You are told everywhere out here to BRAND yourself, and market your own business, not a Company.

That is true, I’ve been there.  Read here the mistake I did, that many of us do, and will do if they don’t read that some where :

So considering the previous assumptions, I decided to « brand » myself, my own business, and not the company that was my « primary business ».

Here is the big mistake : I focused on that, and spend money and time on marketing courses and  on learning systems and building my brand, INSTEAD of starting right away to implement with the inner system that my MlM company was making available, and that worked.

What I want to emphasize here, is that I choose the good tools and strategies for me, BUT the wrong timing for learning and  applying them.

here they are!

here they are!

So instead of starting to prospect for my primary and use its system that I was paying for monthly, I focused most of my time on building my brand, and learning a marketing system that is supposed to make me do things in order.

The result, which is what counts here, is I recruited hardly one person each other week, and plus paid a monthly fee to learn marketing online with a –very good- but-not-for-beginner-like-me system,  and did not reach at all my goal for building my down-line.

Good thing is I learned a lot, and created the base for my brand, and acquired a good rolodex online.

Bad thing is I did not built in my primary, and put me very very late in starting to create a residual income, plus I earned not even enough to cover my expenses, which where useful, but too early to be.

What is the right thing to do, and how to do it and reach your goals :

First, choose a Primary that fills the conditions that you’ve learned in previous « lesson «  here.

Then, FOCUS on starting NOW your prospecting work and sponsor people, using the proven system that your Company offers. You have all what you need to start here, the website, the tools, the back office, FOCUS on prospecting and learning your product.

MEANWHILE, and beside, start you own branding, study online the systems that are offered and that matches your ethic, your way, your abilities.

So you will progressively use your own system, and build your own business, and not loose time nor money.

How do I do that now ? I discovered with my company this year only, and after I failed to do what I say here twice, that they have the very efficient and appropriate system to make me succeed with them, and I HAVE TO USE IT ! Focus on it. Have a DMO. *

Beside this , I continue  to develop my branding, my marketing and create my own structure for my all business.

There are out there  several marketing systems that are very good, and I would recommend the 2  that I know :

MLSP , which I used 6 months from last October, then stopped it when I had learned what I needed to learn from it, and DISCOVERED that my new primary that I choose in last Spring was offering the same tools and system which I needed to succeed.

I know that the « 7 Figures Networker » system, with Johnathan Budd is very good as well.

What I use now is my own system, that doesn’t cost me any extra dollar monthly, than my auto-responder for my personal global business. But still, if you start with me, there is already an auto-responder included in the system of World Ventures.

So don’t forget : FOCUS on your prospecting and sponsoring for your Primary Business.  And meanwhile create your own business and brand and relationships, make your blog , improve your marketing methods, your strategies, learn, but do all that BESIDE your primary.

Do that at least for 6 months to one year, before you decide to multiply and diversify your methods. Add a new method ONLY when you master the previous one. FOCUS.

I recommend that you LEARN how to use Social Medias, like Facebook , My Space and others, as I did, and invest in the MUST course of Max Steingart «  Endless Free Leads » that I offer here on the page about courses. Look at how is presented my Wall and Info on my Facebook, and ask me why .

How To Choose Your MLM Company for Your Internet Marketing Business

And how I choose my main partner company to grow my business MY WAY:

Many of my team members came to online marketing the same way I did, following the principles tough by Robert Kiyosaki , in his well-know and “must-read” book for Entrepreneurs: “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” .
Like I did, they did their work: surfing the web to find information about the Company that would fit the best the criteria that they needed to fill. And like mine, those main criteria were essential to be studied and evaluated before they could make their decision.

As this article retains your attention, surely you are well aware that there are hundreds of different network marketing companies out there with representatives who claim to have the best compensation plan, full-proof marketing strategies, best complete training and a way to make you money fast. Unfortunately, several companies and online marketers don’t follow through on those yummy promises!

I’ve heard too many stories of new marketers who don’t get appropriate training, don’t have a support group to help guide them , and they haven’t made a single commission after weeks and months since starting their business.

in my OfficeWith lil'stern

in my OfficeWith lil'stern

When I first thought about joining a primary business, I missed to take time and evaluate the situation completely. Always weigh the pros and cons before signing up. As many new marketers I first followed a leader that I found very brilliant, and he was, but I didn’t study enough the product neither the system of the company. I’m glad thou I did make that quickly after my opt-in , so I stopped to commit to something that was not my passion, neither my heart-following.
Others are quick to opt-in to a primary business because they believe they can make money, because they see their sponsor is doing it….

Be aware that your success depends on you and your abilities, and your mindset.
Of course you want to follow in the footsteps of a successful leader, but if you aren’t willing to work just as hard, if not harder than your sponsor, you won’t succeed.

Choosing a business online is about YOU:
What you are, like, think, what you know and how you feel.

I came up for my definitive and adequate choice of my company, for my primary business, with a list of questions below :

That list I wish, will be your guideline for make your decision, to pick your “primary” , without relying on others’ actions or thoughts or judgments.

1. What do I know about the company?

How long have they existed?
Who are the founders and managers, what do I know about them ? (google them)
What is the mission of the company?
What their compensation plan is, how does it work ?
Does it sounds like a pyramid scheme?
What are reviews saying about this company? (google them)
Is the company legitimate? ( consult www.MLMwatchdog.com, subscribe to their free news)

2. What do I want with/about the products/services of the company?

Have I ever used their products or services? Why or why not?
Would I sell them to my grand-mother with pride?
What is the ” auto-ship-monthly”, which cost, will I use it or storage it in my garage month after month?
Is this a company that I would use if I wasn’t a representative?
Are their products/services a reflection of my personality , beliefs, and values?
What is my market for those products/services?

3. How am I going to market My Business with This Company?
What do I know about marketing a business?
How do I want to position myself with this company in my business?
Does this company allow online marketing?
Am I willing to take this for a long term venture , and invest my time and money into building this business?
Will this interfere ,or help with any of my other business ventures? (How?)
Am I willing to educate myself and endure extensive marketing training?
Who will I look to for marketing advice and guidance? ( you can see all what I have been looking for this matter, surfing the pages of this blog, and ask me all the questions that you come up with).

4. Does this company reach MY personal criteria ( which are not may be yours, but that can be inspiring to look at yours again) ?
Can I do my marketing mainly online, and eventually , only online? ( I live in different places of the world, and travel, so my local networking is limited)
Is the monthly auto-ship really part of my advantages? (in my case, I have no auto-ship with my company, so no problem to travel, no cost, and the monthly cost for sites maintenance is waived with 4 active people in my underline which is infinite….)

Le Diamant, my favorite cruise ship so far

Le Diamant, my favorite cruise ship so far

Do I like the people in my team, my sponsor, and their up-line? Do they have the mindset that I want people who I work with to cultivate? ( yes for me, and the support and mentoring is over expectations to me! ).

5. Isn’t that enough? there is no 5 :-) .

You please let me know your thoughts, questions, comments here! and NOW : by clicking the “comment” at the bottom of the text, last word after the “tags”.

Also, you can tell that I am promoting here my company, as I love it, and I consider it as a gift to you, to make you read the information about it, as it’s been a gift to me since I joined it. You can study it HERE. just click HERE

How to Make Change in Your Life

When it comes to make a change in your life, there is a saying that rings so true to any sensitive brain: “What Ever You Focus On – You Will Attract In Your Life”.

This is the introduction to an e-mail that a member of my business and mastermind team is sending to his patients-customers. I found it so true and simple and valuable that I want to share it here with you: thank you to Dr. Kyle Gilmour.

Whether physical, emotional, professional or personal – focus is a key part of state management. (Simply said, state management controls how we perceive and react to any situation).

In order to change focus and manage your state, there must be daily rituals.

Here are 4 of my TOP FAVORITE RITUALS that have helped transform my life, starting with my day:

1.  Exercise. Everybody knows that exercise stimulates the release of “feel good” chemicals such as endorphins. Exercise relaxes the body and reduces stress allowing you to clearly focus on that which you want to achieve.

2.  Nutrition. Start the day off with a  protein shake after your workout, a fish oil supplement and a healthy breakfast which includes fruits, fresh juices and fiber.

3. Threshold Rules. I learned from Tony Robbins years ago – you must create a “personal code of conduct” or” guidelines” on how you would want conduct your life. These threshold rules allow me to avoid vices and focus on my virtues. These would include guidelines on nutrition, exercise, drinking habits, personal development, family time vs. work balance etc.

4.  Positive Mindset. I start every day with 10-15 minutes of morning meditation – to manifest that which I want in my day. Never allow anything negative – such as news, people, or events to influence your emotional state. I’m a firm believer that “he who controls his emotional state over people and events…WINS”.

To this 4 advices, here is a reply by another team member of our mastermind:

Marc Drizin:
Kyle, my friend, mentor, and fellow author Matthew Kelly talks about the need to balance four things to achieve The Rhythm of Life. I’ve switched the order, and use the acronym PIES: Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, and Spiritual. Matthew talks about the “classroom of silence”, I create that classroom by walking my dog(s) first thing in the morning (usually at 6 am), or as I did this morning, exercising. This takes care of my spiritual balance, and handles most of the physical as well. Intellectual I get from my Plan A work, like the workshop I just gave to 250 folks here in Indiana, and surprisingly for me, one of the hidden benefits of WV and this team. Emotional balance is discovered as we come to grips with our past, while living in the present and dreaming about the future. I love yours, and would like to use them in future workshops and speeches…

You can see here not only good information, but also an example of the chats that our team has daily on Skype with this “Global Game Changer Mastermind ” whose leader is Eric Allen.

7 Reasons Not to Have a J.O.B./Part one.

1. Having a Job is Way too Risky!!!!!!!

When you have a J.O.B. (JUST OVER BROKE), someone can take away your income just by uttering two words: “You’re Fired.” This is happening more and more as companies crumble in the face of global changes in commerce. Those 2 words do not exist in your own business.

If you ask me, there’s nothing secure about that. Especially for older citizens who find it difficult or next to impossible to get hired due to age or health related problems that limit the type of work they can do.

When you enjoy your own business, and a client or customer moves on – then guess what? You get to say, “Next!”

2. No Bonus Pay for Messing Up

When you mess up at your job, you get punished, maybe even a pay-cut. Then you have to run around “making nice” to the people who might lay you off or promote someone else who’s younger and “hungry.” (Hungry for what? More time at the office?)

When one of my clients faces challenges in her business, I cheer. She’s getting paid to learn! Every mistake teaches her more about how to succeed.

Instead of getting an MBA – she’s getting a TBF. (Trial by Fire! :-) ) TBF’s can really pay-off!

On my own, but not alone, in my office, my own business

On my own, but not alone, in my office, my own business

3. Your Ceiling isn’t Adjustable.

Often, I think about how hard I worked in my other life….ahem…corporate jobs. I’ve always been the type to give more than I get….work more hours than I get paid for…take work home for goodness sakes. Bet you know what I’m talking about. But, no matter how much more I gave…or how expert I became….once I reached the top salary of that particular billet….I couldn’t make more.

When I talk to new clients now about the possibilities being endless in owning their own business, their eyes light up. They stop thinking in terms of “hours for dollars,” and start thinking of passive income. (Hey, why not get paid while you sleep?)

In a job, you can’t adjust your income based on the value you provide. Instead you have to ask for a raise. Not fun, doesn’t always work and if you don’t get the raise…it affects your self-esteem.

Give yourself a raise anytime you want ….on a daily basis….by simply being who you are and sharing with others.

I bought a ticket to see Dr. Wayne Dyer on one of his personal development and motivation tours when promoting his book, “The Power of Intention.” I drove 7 hours to Seattle, WA from where I live here in Oregon. I sat with people I didn’t know because none of my friends wanted to go with me.
I listened to Dr. Dyer’s 2-hour opening speech in awe. I spent the day going through the journal he gave to the participants – as he encouraged us to face our own “stuff” and get clear about our lives. I answered every single item honestly and with as much vision as I could muster.
I drove back home on a “Hope High” that I thought would never go away.
I’m sure you know what happened.

Bill and Linda

About…. oh, 3 hours into the very next day, I was face to face with “reality.” My old thought habits came back to crush my new “Hope” High. I was face to face with my life, my money problems, and all the “stuff” my current mindsets had created for me. (Where was Dr. Dyer when I really needed him?)
The cynical among us would have us believe that my day with Dr. Dyer (or your day in a similar situation) was bullsh*t. That I was only momentarily distracted from the practical reality of my life. Disillusioned. Duped. Dumb.
Here’s the thing though:

I recently found that old journal that Dr. Dyer gave me 5 years ago. Everything… (everything!) I wrote in there has come to pass. And during these 5 years, I’ve gone to other cool events, read uplifting books, and talked face to face with people who inspired me to no end. Again and again, I’ve gotten lost in the pure potential of possibility. And of course – I’ve had the old crummy thought habits come up the very next day trying to convince me that the possibilities I saw for myself were just pipe dreams.
But I’ve come to see the pipe dream (and the hope high differently) now. After that day, I began to ask myself one very un-cynical question that changed it all:
What if that HOPE, that HIGH, that inspiration I felt was the TRUTH? What if that was the REAL ME – and all this other icky stuff is the BS?

Think about it. From the day we’re born, we’re taught that the cynicism and doubt are “smart.” We use them as a protective shield. We ward off the hope, the dream – and we successfully keep ourselves stuck.
Still, we get these amazing glimpses of ourselves, of what’s possible. We also get these fantastic ideas and opportunities. We see our greatness as if it’s standing right in front of us. Sometimes other people or big events help us see it. Sometimes it’s a book. Sometimes it’s just a moment of pure living in the present moment.

If you’re like most people (and me), it’s easy to crush that hope the minute the voices of “reality” set in.
It is imperative that you learn to trust that hope. Here are five things I’ve learned since that day with Dr. Dyer. They are true even now as I keep on expanding and changing into even bigger dreams. Let them guide you through the new hopes AND the old habits!

1 – It’s much easier to stop trying than it is to keep believing.
It’s so easy to just believe the old habit voices that whine, criticize and shame. Why? Well – let’s be honest – cuz then we don’t have to DO anything!

2 – The Pipe Dream and the Hope are part of the process.
But, so are the moments when our thoughts make something much worse than it is…so just realize they are thoughts…lay them aside and do the work.
Without the dream, you’d never get started. Without the work, you’ll never get anywhere. (And yes, the work is sometimes slow, boring, clean-up work.)

3 – Expecting to feel inspired and happy 100% of the time is the real pipe dream.

I’m a huge believer in Martha Beck’s “shackles on/shackles off” approach.
AND, in my own experience, much of what I thought was a “shackles on/doesn’t feel good” experience – was my assumption about that experience. In fact, sometimes just getting something done or being proud of myself was the “feel good” I was looking for! When I expect inspiration and happiness to constantly be there before I do anything, then I set myself up for staying stuck.

4 – There’s a connection between discomfort and happiness.
We imagine that true happiness is hanging out by a pool sipping froo-froo drinks. While that can indeed be fun – it will eventually get boring. Our souls have more in mind for us than froo-froo drinks. Our souls have more in mind for us than protecting us from failure. Time and time again, I’ve found myself in a stuck place and even move into deep places of discomfort (and then success). Now, I’ve revised what I say to myself when I feel off-balance, “This is the most uncomfortable I’ve been in a long time – but I am so happy and alive! It’s way better than being Stuck!”

5 – Make time for more hope.
Feed your hope, I do this by focusing my thoughts on how I want to BE, In This Moment. Feed your vision, I’ve created a vision board and vision journals for when I travel. Read books that inspire. Hang out with people who believe in you. Make time in each day to tap back into that place of hope and vision. This will act as navigation and keep you moving in the right direction. I am on the same journey as you are…together…it can be the most exciting adventure of our lives….taking it just one day at a time. Now that’s worth a few exclamation points!!!

Love & Blessings,

Linda

A Life-Style lesson by an Expert: Tim Ferris

Tim Ferriss: 7 Great Principles for Dealing with Haters:

these are a video and some comments that I like to share with you today, as you’ll get here very valuable information, and that is giving me time to write the next surprise to you.

Tim Ferriss keynote The Next Web Conference 2010 – Love the Haters from Boris Veldhuijzen van Zanten on Vimeo.

11843466

1. It doesn’t matter how many people don’t get it. What matters is how many people do.

“It’s critical in social media, as in life, to have a clear objective and not to lose sight of that,” Ferriss says. He argues that if your objective is to do the greatest good for the greatest number of people or to change the world in some small way (be it through a product or service), you only need to pick your first 1,000 fans — and carefully. “As long as you’re accomplishing your objectives, that 1,000 will lead to a cascading effect,” Ferriss explains. “The 10 million that don’t get it don’t matter.”

2. 10% of people will find a way to take anything personally. Expect it.

“People are least productive in reactive mode,” Ferriss states, before explaining that if you are expecting resistance and attackers, you can choose your response in advance, as opposed to reacting inappropriately. This, Ferriss says, will only multiply the problem. “Online I see people committing ’social media suicide’ all the time by one of two ways. Firstly by responding to all criticism, meaning you’re never going to find time to complete important milestones of your own, and by responding to things that don’t warrant a response.” This, says Ferriss, lends more credibility by driving traffic.

3. “Trying to get everyone to like you is a sign of mediocrity.” (Colin Powell)

“If you treat everyone the same and respond to everyone by apologizing or agreeing, you’re not going to be recognizing the best performers, and you’re not going to be improving the worst performers,” Ferriss says. “That guarantees you’ll get more behavior you don’t want and less you do.” That doesn’t mean never respond, Ferriss goes on to say, but be “tactical and strategic” when you do.

4. “If you are really effective at what you do, 95% of the things said about you will be negative.” (Scott Boras)

“This principle goes hand-in-hand with number two,” Ferriss says. “I actually keep this quote in my wallet because it is a reminder that the best people in almost any field are almost always the people who get the most criticism.” The bigger your impact, explains Ferriss (whose book is a New York Times, WSJ and BusinessWeek bestseller), and the larger the ambition and scale of your project, the more negativity you’ll encounter. Ferriss jokes he has haters “in about 35 languages.”

5. “If you want to improve, be content to be thought foolish and stupid.” (Epictetus)

“Another way to phrase this is through a more recent quote from Elbert Hubbard,” Ferriss says. “‘To avoid criticism, do nothing, say nothing, and be nothing.” Ferriss, who holds a Guinness World Record for the most consecutive tango spins, says he has learned to enjoy criticism over the years. Ferriss, using Roman philosophy to expand on his point, says: “Cato, who Seneca believed to be the perfect stoic, practiced this by wearing darker robes than was customary and by wearing no tunic. He expected to be ridiculed and he was, he did this to train himself to only be ashamed of those things that are truly worth being ashamed of. To do anything remotely interesting you need to train yourself to be effective at dealing with, responding to, even enjoying criticism… In fact, I would take the quote a step further and encourage people to actively pursue being thought foolish and stupid.”

6. “Living well is the best revenge.” (George Herbert)

“The best way to counter-attack a hater is to make it blatantly obvious that their attack has had no impact on you,” Ferriss advises. “That, and [show] how much fun you’re having!” Ferriss goes on to say that the best revenge is letting haters continue to live with their own resentment and anger, which most of the time has nothing to do with you in particular. “If a vessel contains acid and you pour some on an object, it’s still the vessel that sustains the most damage,” Ferriss says. “Don’t get angry, don’t get even — focus on living well and that will eat at them more than anything you can do.”

7. Keep calm and carry on.

The slogan “Keep Calm and Carry On” was originally produced by the British government during the Second World War as a propaganda message to comfort people in the face of Nazi invasion. Ferriss takes the message and applies it to today’s world. “Focus on impact, not approval. If you believe you can change the world, which I hope you do, do what you believe is right and expect resistance and expect attackers,” Ferriss concludes. “Keep calm and carry on!”

Design your life by designing your business and home environment: some Feng Shui powerful principles. part2

You want that your personal image shines, you want to elevate your relationship, you want to feel great , you want abundance flows, so just implement those next simple tips , creating an environment that exudes love, abundance, success, peace and happiness…..

11- Choose a color that you love to paint your bedroom, but not white, and a stimulating color for your office, but not bright-red!

12- The furniture has to be with curved edges, not pointed and sharp corners. If so, soften the edges with fabrics or runners.
In a meeting in some one else’s office, avoid sitting face to a corner of the table or the desk.

13- Keep as much as possible healthy plants in your home, that helps to circulate the energy. Be sure to have plants near your computer and TV screens.

14- Make sure that all the plumbing throughout your home and office is working perfectly. Nothing leaky or running water…If water leaks from ceiling, fix it immediately

15- Make sure all light bulbs are in working order in all rooms, and that each room has the proper lightning. bright enough. Place mirrors on walls where they can multiply the light in a dark room.

16.- Place mirrors so that the tallest person in the house can see his/her entire head. Hang artwork around your home and office, that you love: it really impacts you on a subconscious level, which is more powerful than the conscious on

.

17- Others things you love are what you want to surround yourself with, , as well as items that represent health and vitality. The Feng Shui color for good health is yellow.  Pets also are great energy enhancers to have around the home.

18-  The different rooms of the house need to be painted with different colors, so that the energy flows easy. It creates feelings of starkness and depression when all the room are white or beige or even the same color.

19-  Get rid of : the microwave  – it kills the nutrients in food, + re-mix them in toxic molecules- never put baby food to warm in the microwave, it’s cancerogene , through proteines de-structured – also get rid of all clutter in your living spaces, all clutter in your life, and all dirty  and dusty things around you. ….even people like that….
